5. Fast Facts
Three Stampeders receivers had 100-plus yards last week in Ottawa with standout performances by Jalen Philpot (127 yards), Tevin Jones (122) and Clark Barnes (109). It’s a feat that hadn’t been done by the Stamps since Nik Lewis (121), Ken-Yon Rambo (111) and Johnny Forzani (101) in 2011 against the Montreal Alouettes. Coincidentally, Vernon Adams and Henry Burris both threw for exactly 422 yards in those games. The most recent league-wide occurrence of three receivers on the same team with at least 100 yards each was in 2024 courtesy of Jones (208), Kurleigh Gittens Jr. (115) and Eugene Lewis (112) for Edmonton.

7. Quotable
"In order to control our own destiny we have to keep winning and create momentum. We want to do more than just make the playoffs, so we have to play better and beat these teams in the West. It's certainly a big challenge but we're excited for the opportunity." - General manager and head coach Dave Dickenson on the team's mentality heading into Week 18.
